By booking or using our mobile auto detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide on-location automotive detailing services as outlined in our service descriptions. The scope of each service package is defined on our website or booking platform. Any additional work outside the agreed-upon package may incur extra charges.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made online or, by phone/email.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Access & Vehicle Condition

  • You must ensure we have safe and legal access to your vehicle during the scheduled appointment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if the working environment is deemed unsafe (e.g., weather conditions, insufficient space, aggressive pets, etc.).

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept Cash, Card (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, TapPay, Apple Pay).

  • In the case of late or failed payment, a late fee of 5% may be applied every 7 days until the balance is paid.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion.

  • We may offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion. No guarantees apply beyond 24 hours of the service date.

6. Liability

  • We take all precautions to protect your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues arising during or after service not caused by our direct negligence.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any known mechanical issues, sensitive equipment, or aftermarket parts.

7. Weather Policy

As a mobile service, our schedule may be affected by weather. In cases of rain, snow, or extreme heat, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for safety and service quality.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients with existing appointments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.
